Originally Published March 27th | Updated March 3oth,  April 5th, April 6th

Calling all Crystal Rilee equestrian trail advocates!

We hope you can join us this weekend for an equestrian trails work party to further strengthen the equestrian community’s commitment to preserving equestrian access to this trail network. Being present and speaking up has certainly made a difference! Let’s keep the momentum going!  Come learn about trail stewardship and prep our trails for summer riding!

 Saturday, April 8th, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm POSTPONED

NEW DATE TBD

Tools and water will be provided, but please come prepared with proper attire and gloves. We’re doing trail maintenance! All are encouraged to stay afterward and mingle with fellow trail-riding enthusiasts over DIY lunch.  The park has committed to providing a porta-potty and Ryann will have a Kabota side-by-side in case anyone needs a ride to the trailhead.

Please congregate at the trailer parking and walk straight down to the first trailhead intersection (see red circles on map).

Getting There  <<Trails work party map>>

From 99W, turn onto Haugen Road (right if driving north; left is driving south) and drive 2 miles to the stop sign, where Haugen intersects with Parrett Mt. Road. Turn right onto Parrett Mt. Road. After 1.5 miles, you will reach the small parking lot/trailer pull-out on your right, in a wooded area. Look for the CPRD rules and regulations trailhead sign, in the northwest corner of the lot. This is the only access point to this trail where horse trailer parking/loading/unloading is available.

Please note the Google map is based on the farmhouse address. The trailhead is half a mile before the farmhouse.
