Westwood Homes, LLC was founded by Todd Boyce and Bill Wagoner who have worked together building new homes in and around the greater Portland area for over 2 decades. They have been involved in the construction and planning of more than 2,500 homes since 1991. Todd and Bill are lifetime residents of the area and graduated college from the University of Oregon (Bill) and Oregon State University (Todd).
