Along with a few parks officials, Jason Fields and Matt Smith, both Chehalem Parks & Rec candidates for the two at-large positions on the parks board, intend to support equestrian trails and join the equestrian trails work party on Parrett Mountain April 8th. Here is the statement they have provided about improving safety, signage and trails upkeep. They are rural property owners wishing to promote the agrarian and equestrian roots of the area.
