Meet Kimberly Paukert

Equestrian Real Estate Agent in Southwest Washington

Kimberly Paukert has been passionate about horses since the age of five, long before she ever considered real estate. A lifelong equestrian, she brings hands-on knowledge of barns, arenas, footing, fencing, and everything that matters to horse people.

Originally from California, Kimberly relocated to the Pacific Northwest at a young age, eventually settling in Southwest Washington. Her riding journey has taken her through many disciplines, always with a love for the “quirky” horses and an English saddle. She currently rides her half-Arab mare in dressage and understands just how quickly that lifelong obsession with horses can reignite.

With a background in equine veterinary care, education program management, and logistics, Kimberly brings a unique combination of horse knowledge and real-world experience to her real estate work. She’s organized, clear, communicative, and fiercely supportive of her clients.

Specializing exclusively in equestrian properties for sale in Southwest Washington – including Vancouver, Battle Ground, Camas, Ridgefield, and beyond – Kimberly offers insight and service that only a fellow equestrian can provide.
